Security is ubiquitous. History has taught us that strong cryptographic algorithms are just the beginning and has to be complemented with suitable engineering principles. With this perspective the International Conference on Security Aspects in Information Technology, High-Performance  Computing and Networking  (InfoSecHiComNet 2011)  is an international forum for presentation of research and applications of  cryptography and security. The conference focuses in disseminating the latest research results in all technical and practical aspects of cryptography and security and the impact on security with the developments in the related areas of high performance computing and networks.
